Shivaganga Hills near Bangalore -July 2014

Shivagange Hills is 2 to 3 hours drive from Bangalore depending on the road condition.

We have visited this place exactly after two years this July, 2014. Nothing much has been changed and the place looked even more prettier because of the recent rains. Very green and treat to the eyes especially for the people from city.

It is better to start the climb little early in the morning if you want to climb all the way up. But because of continuous drizzle we were not able to reach the peak. We will go back again :)

Here are few links if you are looking for more information about this place.

There are lot of snack shops on the way selling seasonal fruits, tea, packed drinks, goose berries, hot chilly bujjies etc. But there is no proper eateries around. It is better you pack your lunch if you are looking for some thing solid.

Here are few clicks from this visit.
